Ecolia covers a farm's whole management, organized by fiscal year, with PDF documents ready to hand over (invoices, treatment logbook, reports).
- Accounting by fiscal year — chart of accounts, journal entries, successive fiscal years, and payment/collection tracking — a single module to keep the farm's books.
- Purchases and sales — clients and providers, purchase and sale invoices with their detail rows, associated payments, ready for accounting export.
- Parcels and leases — cadastral parcels, ownership shares, and rural leases, on the same principle as Domania.
- Phytosanitary treatment logbook — products from the official E-Phy catalog, doses applied per parcel and per campaign, copper cap tracking, on the same principle as Phytia.

Ecolia Enterprise
For now, Ecolia is only available as the Enterprise edition: a server instance dedicated to your farm (hosted by Exygen or installed on your own infrastructure), with your data on a database of your own — no pooling with other farms.
