Landscaper

The cadastral companion for organizing your land parcels — splitting, layout, and planting, all in your browser.

Landscaper turns a simple cadastral reference into a complete workbench. It automatically retrieves your parcel's official boundary from the French IGN API (no screenshot or image analysis required), merges several adjacent references into a single outline, and then lets you pick from three workshops depending on your needs:

  • Split by area — select an edge of the parcel, enter the target surface area, and Landscaper instantly computes the position of the new boundary markers to create an exact sub-parcel. Ideal before a sale, a land division, or a new development project.

  • Layout — draw construction lines from the existing edges, let them intersect, and compose a freeform shape to sketch out a development project (building, driveway, technical area...) directly on the real parcel outline.

  • Staking / Planting — for vineyards, orchards, or any planting in regular rows: set the spacing between rows and between plants, the edge margins, and get the number of rows, plants, staking posts, and required wire length in one click.

Every workshop relies on the same georeferenced data and the same real-world scale (meters), for reliable results with no manual calibration. Results from each workshop used are summarized in a recap table, and boundary coordinates can be exported.

Built for surveyors, winegrowers, orchardists, landscapers, and landowners who want to go from a cadastral reference to a workable plan in a few minutes.
