Phytia Pro
“Phytia is to the treatment logbook what Roquefort is to cheese.”
Phytia is a software application for recording and tracing phytosanitary treatments. It allows operations to be recorded as they happen, products and stocks to be tracked, and structured documentation to be produced for the farm and for inspections.
Treatment log
Record each treatment with the information required for traceability:
- date and campaign;
- treated parcel;
- product used;
- quantity or application rate;
- reason for treatment;
- application conditions and observations.
When entering a treatment in the field, the parcel can be selected automatically from the GPS position and corrected if necessary.
Product and stock management
Record product deliveries when they are received and reconcile them with treatments performed.
- product identification;
- quantities received;
- stock tracking;
- movement history;
- consistency checks between products received and used;
- campaign closing and carry-over of stock to the next campaign.
Products can be imported from the official ANSES E-Phy catalogue, so their regulatory characteristics do not have to be entered manually.
Copper tracking
For farms subject to copper regulations, Phytia automatically calculates quantities used per hectare and provides multi-year tracking.
The seven-year rolling limit is calculated per parcel, with a limit of 28 kg/ha over seven years and an average of 4 kg/ha/year.
Copper-containing products are identified from their characteristics. Compound formulations requiring specific verification are flagged.
Organic farming
Phytia keeps the information required to track products used on an organic farm and to verify their status against the available regulatory data.
The information used for calculations is stored with the farm data so that historical reports remain consistent with the data used to produce them.
Reports and inspections
Generate the documents required for farm management and inspections.
A report can include:
- the treatment log;
- products used;
- quantities applied;
- parcels concerned;
- active substances;
- copper tracking;
- information required to verify the calculations.
Calculations are explained in the generated documents so that they can be understood and manually checked if necessary.
Multi-year history
Phytia retains campaign history for regulatory tracking over several years.
Historical data can, for example, accompany a parcel when it is acquired or transferred.
Closing a campaign freezes the previous year's stock and carries the available stock forward to the new campaign, independently of any subsequent changes to historical records.
Field entry
Phytia can be used directly in the field or when receiving a product.
The principle is to record information when it exists:
- when receiving a product, identify it and record the quantity received;
- in the field, record the treatment;
- from a phone, tablet or computer depending on the edition used.
Data entry can be performed by the person managing the stock or carrying out the treatment. It does not have to be done by the person responsible for accounting or administrative management.
Data and sovereignty
The farm remains in control of its data.
Depending on the edition used, data can be stored locally or on infrastructure managed by the organisation or by the SaaS service.
Data can be exported in a technical format allowing, in particular:
- backup;
- restoration;
- migration from one Phytia edition to another;
- migration to another software application.
Phytia does not make users dependent on their historical data.
Integration
Phytia is designed to operate as a component of a broader management system.
Integration with other software makes it possible to share the required references without multiplying data entry.
With Domania, cadastral references can be retrieved directly, depending on the edition used.
Editions
Phytia Web
A free edition, accessible directly from a web browser. It is suitable for occasional use, initial evaluation of the software, or farms with limited requirements.
Data is stored locally in the browser and can be exported.
Phytia Pro
An edition intended for regular use, with backup and synchronisation between devices through Google Drive.
It retains the same operating principles while providing additional capabilities for regular professional use.
Phytia Enterprise
An edition intended for integration of Phytia into the organisation's IT system.
It provides, in particular, controlled deployment by the organisation and integration with other software. This mode of operation requires the IT skills needed to administer the system, including infrastructure backup and security.
Phytia Public / SaaS
A cloud-hosted edition for users who want an accessible service without having to administer the IT infrastructure and its security mechanisms themselves.
Who is it for?
Phytia is intended in particular for:
- winegrowers;
- fruit growers;
- farmers;
- organic farms;
- agricultural businesses requiring documented treatment traceability;
- organisations wishing to produce documents that can be directly used during an inspection;
- auditors wishing to consolidate their audit and make use of the data.
Phytia allows each user to organise data entry according to their own way of working, while producing consistent and verifiable documentation.
