Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) for Applications

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) govern the use of the applications provided free of charge or on a subscription basis by Exygen. By using our applications, you agree to these TCS in their entirety. Please read them carefully before using the applications.

1. Service Description

  • The applications provided by Exygen are calculators and document generators.
  • Products provided by Exygen for home automation and building automation are excluded from these sales conditions.

2. Use of the Applications

  • Access to certain features may require the creation of a user account. You are responsible
  • for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and associated information.
